About
The New Epping Health Hub Precinct is situated in the north’s largest public-private health cluster, with two hospitals, established education and research facilities, and a variety of medical services. Founded on the principles of health and innovation, the $1 billion hub is the epicentre for healthcare in Melbourne’s north.
Occupying a prime position within the health precinct, the Medical Building 01 is a six-storey, world-class medical office building connects directly to the Northern Private Hospital. Our early design strategy for this project was carried through Relative's design review role, and our concept design of ground plane. This collaborative work was taken through all design phases by CHC.
